How long will it take?

I am really fed up now waiting for the result of my M.A. English exam from Punjab University . It is now more than 8 months since I appeared in the exam. There must be thousands of poor people like me who are waiting desperately for the result so that they can apply for some job etc. I wonder how long the University requires to compile and announce the results!!
